I'm gonna Rant for just a minute.
My ex husband is over $25,000 behind in child support doesn't do squat for our kids has another kid in Texas that he doesn't c, contact, or even know what he looks like and is about to have another one with his gf. You wanna keep having kids, whatever that's none of my business but I'm not the only one who made these kids yet I'm the only one making sure they have everything they need and taking care of birthdays Christmas and school supplies. Ya u may not know that my bf and I r having a baby but that has nothing to do with u. If ur child support ain't coming out of ur check then you don't u go pay it at the office u know what ur support order is and I'm certainly bout tired of having to do it all for our children. In 5 years u don't even hardly see them but u wanna think u r father of the yr. Dude get ur life together and realize me and ur baby momma should not have to raise our kids on our own u created them also. Sorry he done pissed me off this morning.

I really think men who can't pay for children and keep creating more should have a court ordered vasectomy

oh I agree 100% with ya he doesn't deserve to b able to have children yet he keeps having more in hopes of having a girl cause all he has r boys @karnamarie @mlgh92

does he live in texas? because they passed a law here, if he needs his car registered and he goes in there and he is behind on child support to anyone in the US he is immediately sent to jail until he can go before a judge and tell the judge WHY he hasn't paid.

No unfortunately he doesn't live in Texas anymore. He doesn't even have a driver's license so that would b no good to me unfortunately. He moved back to Ohio about 3 years ago and has been here since. I wish he would go back to Texas it would make my life so much easier. @mlgh92

I love Texas. They're so strict sometimes but it's worth it for a lot of women who are getting screwed.

Truthfully every state should do that. He's been to court for non payment and has a date to report to jail for 30 days but as long as he's working they won't send him cause he's fulfilling his obligation to pay his support. I Truthfully think whether he's working or not he should have to go and they could just let him out for work cause maybe he'd realize it ain't a joke @mlgh92

My ex just spent 30 days in jail for not paying. He's been out a month and still no payments.... I don't know why it surprises me it's been years since he paid! The state won't take his license because that would be making it harder for him. Such a joke!
