Inconsistent but painful contractions have started... Wondering if I should be concerned since I was up with a back ache all night and still have it along with contractions

Short Luteal Phase?
I've just started temping because I believe that the reason I haven't had a BFP yet, after 20 months, is because I believe I may have a Luteal Phase Defect.
mine was constant but would get worse with the contractions. I'd start timing urs and see how close they are
