Ladies,help!I think i have a infection.I have a fever and my left breast is full and it hurts.any ideas?what can i take?also can i still breastfeed my baby?

I started running a fever on a Sunday morning and within a few hours severe pain in right breast. by that night bawling in pain that made my c section pain feel like nothing. Went to Dr next day.
I've had it once as well. After 24hrs on antibiotics it starts to get better. But you should still nurse as much as you can to clear the milk ducts. It won't hurt baby.

agreed may be mastitis. you need to go into dr ASAP. i have it now for 2nd time. If you do have it then you need to be put on antibiotics.
May be mastitis if you have a fever go to the doctor or ER it could get rapidly worse. Also yes you can still breast feed.
