@niki664, it's like I just want to love my baby with all my heart not be depressed 😔 I wonder if theirs a way to avoid it, besides not stressing of course like I'm not stressing, I'm happy, & I'm extremely ready to meet her but that doesn't mean I won't get it

Mine wasn't that severe but I was depressed. Have you seen Melonie Fiona's YouTube video on the things people don't tell you about having a baby and post partum? Exactly what I went through.

I am. I am manic depressive and couldn't come off my Meds. They were lowered to a safer dose but the hormones kick my ass. I'm petrified of the hormonal drop after baby girl is born. My sister said I have to keep busy and find hobbies
