TMI POST

Tomorrow I'll be 3 weeks pp and I've only pooped a couple of times. The last two times I've gone, it's been painful and there's a little blood. Is this from hemorrhoids or just being pp? I'm not even sure I have hemorrhoids

Hemorrhoids :(

I've texted my midwife 7 times (different occasions) asking about some concerns and been ignored each time, how professional
