A family friend was 20 weeks pregnant with twins and the last few days she's had a lot of heartache. She went into premature labor and had to be airlifted, they were able to stop her labor but discovered her twins had TTTS (twin-twin transfusion syndrome). Long story short baby B was stealing blood and nutrients via blood vessels on the placenta from baby A. They then transferred her from OKC to Houston TX to preform surgery on the babies. Baby A did not survive the surgery and my heart is so so broken for her. She has yet to wake up from surgery and still is unaware of her loss but her family and friends are devastated as I'm sure she will be also 😢💔 please everyone pray for her and her family during this difficult time.

I had the same thing happen to me but I was 23 weeks and they could not stop labor. I had to deliver and lost both of my boys. They also had TTTS 😢 my heart and prayers go out to her during this tough time ❤

@mv92, I'm not sure how baby B is doing, we only got a quick hysterical call from the mothers sister saying baby A was lost. My hope is that her and baby B will be okay.

I'm so sorry! My best friend went through that with her twins. Both survived and are healthy almost 3 years old now, she's so blessed. I couldn't imagine your friend's loss! Prayers for her and her family!

@mv92, @mommyof2boys248 @lyds @mamaberger I can't imagine the pain either but I really appreciate the support system you ladies provide and all the prayers. My heart feels so heavy tonight. I can't begin to imagine how they feel, it really puts life into perspective and makes me appreciate my pregnancy a lot more than I already did. Let's all hug our families close and appreciate the little things in life ❤️ because it's just too short.
