Once again my neighbors above me locked their two kids out on the balcony while the kids are screaming for them to open the door. It's been about 30 minutes they have been there.I hear their door bell going off. I'm two seconds from calling for help. This happens way too often. These poor kids. Like why are you ignoring your children my pregnant ass is getting so emotional now and angry.

That's seriously heartbreaking. I put my little one in his room and shut the door if he's been acting up. I wait for him to calm down or 3 minutes whichever happens first and go in to talk to him but I'd never ever lock him out of the home or any place that could be remotely dangerous...like a balcony

@showersoverflowers, same here that's the only reason I can think of them locking out their kids. No excuse though they need to get their act together

yep definitely call the police. that's so dangerous!!! I'm sure something illegal is going on while those babies are locked out there

@babytj0214, yes thank god i was walking back and forth hoping they'd open the door for the kids once it hit 30 minutes I called the cops . I'm over here crying like these poor children why would you lock them out? They can jump out the balcony or they can pass out from the heat

@babytj0214, this is the 3rd time I've been around for this idk if it has happened more than that. But things like that should never ever happen. I don't want to assume but I think the mom is on drugs. But I called the police so now she will have to deal with them

@janhasx3, nope this is like the 3rd time this happened. The kids are like 2 & 4 and you hear the older one screaming " I know you see me open the door mommy" and it's so hot out like open the door for your child
