Call the police. that's ridiculous!

That's seriously heartbreaking. I put my little one in his room and shut the door if he's been acting up. I wait for him to calm down or 3 minutes whichever happens first and go in to talk to him but I'd never ever lock him out of the home or any place that could be remotely dangerous...like a balcony

@showersoverflowers, same here that's the only reason I can think of them locking out their kids. No excuse though they need to get their act together

yep definitely call the police. that's so dangerous!!! I'm sure something illegal is going on while those babies are locked out there

@lizzyc09, they obviously do so sad. No parent is perfect but that's just straight neglect

@babytj0214, yes thank god i was walking back and forth hoping they'd open the door for the kids once it hit 30 minutes I called the cops . I'm over here crying like these poor children why would you lock them out? They can jump out the balcony or they can pass out from the heat

@babytj0214, this is the 3rd time I've been around for this idk if it has happened more than that. But things like that should never ever happen. I don't want to assume but I think the mom is on drugs. But I called the police so now she will have to deal with them

@mom_004, I just did and also called my leasing office to see if they can get in contact with the person who rents the apartment
