have you checked to make sure you don't have a plugged duct that could be damaging your milk duct? sometimes those can be the cause of bleeding. it's usually not even painful and sometimes to never know unless you pump and you get blood in the milk and sometimes you even see a huge strand of what looks like a vein full of blood and it's actually just the milk build up.
