One of my 4 month old twins is really constipated. He's screaming whenever he tries to push. I don't know what to do... it doesn't seem like much! 😣😣😣😢😢

I thought about prune juice... at the moment I'm coaching dad on what to do since I'm at work right now so I'll have to pick up some. Shouldn't it diluted with water or something? 4 months. Do not give him more than an oz of the juice. The baby food it doesn't matter really how much you give. But it works every time. He will be eating baby food shortly any way lol give him a taste of the good life 😉😉
give some prune juice a half of ounce it should come right out
Apple juice or Apple baby food. Just 1oz of either will most likely do the trick
@mrsmord, I did that yesterday and after every diaper change, it hasn't worked yet.
maybe try to put Vaseline on a q tip and put it around the hole.
couple oz of straight apple juice
