while your tattoo is permanent it doesn't penetrate all layers of your skin so there literally is no way for the ink to be pushed into your brain lol you should be fine people get injections and blood draws through their tattoos all the time besides the anesthesiologist will most likely be able to go through a break in your tattoo

no definitely not true.... my epidural was inches from my tattoo on my spine and it was perfectly fine!!! I have tats covering half of my back
