you guys what would you do if you are planing to breast feed as long as you can .. but you over hear your bf trying to buy him baby formula ? im supper mad and stressed my baby is only a week old and this has just been arguing and for stupid stuff like for example todays fight is bc i didnt wana sleep over at his moms .. but my reason was that webwhere gana have to kick her mom off her own bed and then that room has no lock so people would be going in an out the room while i would be breastfeeding so yeah i said no .. and now he wont talk to me and all of a sudden made that formula decicion all by himself :/ what do i do ?

I eventually got him to understand my views on exclusively bf'ing.. Do he was on my side. of course his mother always protested but I had to explain to him I needed him on my side ya know & to back me up. He did. Our daughter is 13months now & I still bf. of course she eats regular foods at this point but I'm still going strong. no formula.

oh . do you live with your parents? i hope you guys find a home. and just tell him that you don't want formula.

I would tell him to go screw himself, and you will do whats best for your baby. He should understand thats an important bonding time for you and your baby, and it gives your baby nutrients, and protects your baby from getting sick, your body creates antibodies that your baby needs

thats what i have been doing but hes so hard headed :( it stresse me out !! ao what you end up doing giving formula? @tricie15

I use to have that issue with my daughter. I didn't want to use formula unless I needed to. He would get mad cause I chose to bf & not bottle feed the first month. I didn't want to stay at his moms either. we have our own place, I was a new mother and wanted to be in the comfort of my own home where I didn't have to really cover up or be disturbed. Just explain to him your reasons for not wanting to stay over at his moms. maybe just spend a couple hours over there but not stay the night.

Yesterday I went out with my boyfriend went to watch a movie, me and him don't live together yet. but point is yesterday when he was dropping me off his like sleep over at my house witch the mom and dad lives. I said no, his response was why is everyone deciding or making choices for you and their going to do the same with the baby, when I know that's not true. what he thinks is that my mom tells me not to sleep over. So he left all mad. and I felt in my heart that he went on and cheated on me and did something else with an other girl.... and it's 10:51 am now and he hasn't texted me at all. and after he dropped me off I texted him saying what I felt and nothing. I don't know if I'm over reacting or what or what should i do. do i wait until he text me?

I can't take it anymore! Haley (yes my 1mth old and no I wasn't able to go through this "joy" of nursing my older daughter, Molly) has been screaming non stop for 6hrs! All she wants to do is eat and I can't have her attached to me all day, everyday! She has wanted to eat every hr on the hr for the past 3hrs! I put her in her room so I don't scream at her but I just can't take it!
