Is that in the Niceville, fort walton Beach area? I see Eglin, fl and if you are on the base that is pretty close to me. I grew up in niceville... that'd be pretty neat. good luck and god bless you and your family ! sorry if I sounded stalkerish... I just thought it was neat
@kiaalford77, haha you don't sound stalkerish! We actually chose to move into Crestview up north a bit. We realized real quick that you get a little bit more bang for your buck if you aren't super close to the beach. There also didn't seem to be a lot of rentals available in the niceville/ fort Walton area right now for in our budget.
That's so neat, I've also lived a good portion of my childhood in crestview. just as you come into crestview in rattle snake bluff road by shoal river my dad has a good piece of property with a house built on it. I live now in defuniak springs, buying a piece of land and building a house! it is so awesome to see someone so close. if you have any questions about the area or anything just message me. have you found a good doctor here? I hope so... if not I've got recomendations.. I'm not sure If you are military (or your husband ) or If you are if you're using the bases hospital and all to deliver... I do not know much about them... but I know a whole bunch about the rest of the area lol! crestview traffic sucks by the way.. just a forewarning... always leave early. and the fall and winter here is my favorite time.. it's nice and cool but not too bad. :)
@kiaalford77, he's Air Force, unfortunately tricare is going to want us on base to deliver. I tend to prefer civilian doctors but I'll deal with it. I noticed this isn't really a dog friendly area. Are there any dog parks or anything I can take my pups to? Or any good vets you know of? Not sure if you have pets or not. 😂
