that is literally the only possible way. literally. sorry not to sound sarcastic but unless you dish out a few grand on surgery you have 0 other way. it's easy to be lazy, weight loss takes work and determination so just try to get in the mind frame that you really want it and it'll work out but you have to be patient and consistent too. best of luck momma!
