just my damn luck my daughter has hands, mouth and foot so we are going to the e.r to see if I can get her a cream for it and then take her to a 24 hour store to get the meds ugh 😣😣😤😤😡😡 it's hoing to be a long night and a long day
Ugh this is going to be super hard idk why now and I think k she got it from when she was at a friends house yesterday because she just started it today @mv92
It most likely is, it starts out as bumps, and then a couple days later they are blisters. My brother (2) had it 3 weeks ago, then my son got it when we visited. Usually starts with a fever, a couple days later sores in the mouth, or sore throat with little red dots on their feet/and or hands/and or butt then they ripen into blisters, which is when its most contagious because they scratch at them. Calomine lotion will be recommended to ease the itching. Good luck momma, thats hard with a newborn only a day away. I googled it, and its honestly really contagious for anyone 5 and under
There is no cure or antibiotics for it, it has to run its course
Its contagious for 10 days no matter what cream you put on it. Blisters will open, and sores in their mouth, even a cough will spread it
they most likely wont. Its contageous regardless. just keep her away from baby. and dont share foods and drinks with her. i was lucky enough that my other two kids didnt get it. but i had to be up their butts about keeping a distance and hand sanitizers were everywhere lol
they didn't give my daughter anything when she had that... they told me to let it "run its course " ... what i did keep at hand was Tylenol and ibuprofen just in case she developed a fever.
