Fun tip...

Pack pineapple juice in your hospital bag :) they make the little cans that you can drink out of.

When baby is born and (if you plan on) breastfeeding, have a nurse bring in a cup of ice and pour in the pineapple juice. It's an anti-inflammatory and will help sore breasts during feeding!

Bascially all it has to be fresh pineapple the whole ones and you have to eat like
