Oh I'd stop then, If he'd prefer table food than baby food. (:

@ciaramarie, I did too at 10 months but I gave him more when his teeth came in. He shakes his head no when I try to feed him baby food then feeds himself with regular food. which is why I asked when people normally stop.

My daughter is 10 months and has 4 teeth and I give her table food. She kind of skipped baby food. Lol. But I still get it on wic so sometimes I will give it to her but not very often.

@flowerchildmama, just now seen your comment, thanks for the advice. I'll definitely use it. We gave him table food just not what he can eat now. But thank you ladies for all the advice and stuff I can use for future reference

when you feel comfortable giving him only table food then that's when you can stop giving baby food. They have stage 3 foods and the Gerber graduates that you can give him

Try mashed potatoes, baked beans, mushy stuff

When he can eat table food fine it's okay to stop the baby food. Every child is different, so if you feel he is ready and getting enough from table food alone I'd say it's safe to stop baby food.

@flowerchildmama, he eats table food but we were limited until he got his teeth which wasn't until about 10 months lol he still only has 4 teeth.
