Did anyone wait a while to buy a crib for baby?
My daughter didn't sleep in a crib until she was about 5 months old. She slept in one of those sleepers that vibrates then I got her a swing about a month later. Both stayed next to my bed. My son is due in 31 days and I haven't bought his crib yet. We honestly don't even really have the money for it at the moment anyway. I was thinking about just waiting until he's a little older to buy his crib since I'm not planning on having him in his own room for a while. I just hate having that feeling of not having everything all at once 🙈

you can always go on craigslist or one of those virtual yard sales on Facebook. people sell cribs that are barely used for like $50-$75
@thompsonmomma, I'll most likely wait. It'll just be sitting upstairs collecting dust until then anyway lol
@newmommy72816, That's what I'm going to do too. Especially since both kids rooms are upstairs. The last thing I'm gonna wanna do after giving birth is climbing up stairs 🙄 I'll probably do the same. Wait until about Christmas. He'll be 4 months old by then so that'll put him being in a crib at about the same age as his sister. I'm glad you mentioned that, that's a good idea 💁🏻
No need for a crib, mine don't usually sleep in one until around 6 months, they sleep in a bassinet beside my bed. I like to have one anyways but with my first we didn't buy one until he was 3 months
@sagwaenglish, I bought my daughters before she was born just because my grandparents gave me the money for it because they wanted that to be the gift they bought. So because of that I just feel like I need a crib right now lol
i thought the same thing i plan on having my daughter in my room anyway so i was just going to have a bassinet or her pack and play for the time being and get a crib around christmas
girl if u can come to dickson i have one u can have i was given 2 comes with matress only thing is i took it apart and misplaces a few screws like i have the 4 main ones but thats it. but if u want it ur welcome to it plus i understand the whole not really having the money right now
