Bought Evening primrose oil gels today... What is the best way to take them? One or two orally or one or two vaginally? And if vaginally do you break open the capsule??

I just inserted 2 vaginally today, no need to break they dissolve by themselves.. I took a 2hrs nap and I wasn't leaking any oil but when I stood up it all came out...
