I've heard that its not good. So I wouldn't. I know u prolly here it all the time but try walking and having sex. that's prolly really the only safest thing to do. or some type of tea I can't remember I was gonna try with my most recent pregnancy but I got induced for high blood pressure. Sex worked with my first pregnancy.
