has anyone had a mixed drink while pregnant. just one. like rum and coke

Red wine is your best bet .. It actually has benefits but don't drink anymore than one glass

I would say no hard liquor....like rum...

Yes I have had a half glass red wine. In my last trimester

one glasses of red wine every once in a while is fine

I know I was drunk as hell the weekend before I found out I was pregnant lol. I know women that drink a small glass of wine every once in a while through out their pregnancy. I wouldn't go any harder than that because a fetus' kidneys aren't that well developed so the alcohol in hard liquor goes straight to their brain

I did when I was pregnant with my first, the placenta is suppose to filter all that stuff out from the baby, but I felt totally bad for it.

I did in my first pregnancy but I didn't know I was pregnant yet & also this pregnancy too. But when I did know I was pregnant I did have a small glass of wine once
