Just had four Braxton hick contractions within a min 😣

I get them all day sometimes it's usually because I need water or change my activity level

I had consistent contractions and still am but they are not worried about it. my doctor said it's one of those things they just cannot explain it just happens

My mom called uhc and they said just to drink 1 liters of water and take whatever medicine I'm allowed to take for pain and lay on my left side .

Definitely go in! I've been dealing with this all week, I went to the hospital from work Tuesday morning cause I thought they were Braxton hicks and I was in active labor, they had to give me a shot to slow the contractions down but it's not working so we're waiting now I'm 30w6d it's definitely not something to mess around with

my midwife today told me if you have 4 in an hour or less to definitely get checked. If they're just kind of crampy drink some water and relax to see if they stop if they don't definitely get checked. bleeding or not!

My mom said if I'm not bleeding I should be ok .. @themommaoffour idk though
