Has anyone ever been told that their newborns specimen screening showed the specimen was clotted, and the test needed to be redone? If so what does that mean?

So far what from what I've been able to find out, It just means the blood clotted before they could run the test for the results. & Needs to be repeated to find out of she had inherited any genetic diseases.
