thank you! I have a heating pad but I'm off to work :/ ... oh well guess I gotta suck it up haha

my chiropractor suggests an ice pack on the affected area. no harm to baby. same with warm compress.

I asked about biofreeze during this and my doc said no.. try baths & heating pads. @krissy_loo44
