this is so hard trying too plan are wedding day an where .. then on top of it my fiance baby mamma takes his kids an now we don't know if we will ever see them again .!! going through court court too see what we half too do too get his case move from Stockton California too here because he has full custody in cali but not here .. u can see the pain in his eye's how much he is hurting the cops won't do anything at all won't even try too help us they think we can come up with 30,000 for a lawyer an pay $350 a hour too fight this custody battle we ain't got that kinda money were barley make it by on what we have everyone says that the kids should b in his care ..

Trust me I see it as kidnapping but the state won't if they each have custody of the kids , well if you have full custody then I would take that to the cops that's proof right there
@countrymama121 damn this is just hard all around because she's got numerous calls about the kids an the way she talks too them an basically neither of them have 50/50 custody she basically kidnapped them brain washed them kids .. my fiance has full custody in California the court here has paper's showing he has full custody but we dont know how too get a move order too get from California too Nevada
If they both have 50/50 custody she can take them without the cops being able to do anything what my lawyer told me with my daughter and her father ...unless you have proof she is a abusing or neglecting the child or children but it does differ from state to state , unfortunately you need to get a good lawyer unless you have proof she is hurting the children or proof she's neglecting them :/
I know for a fact we can get them kids back for child endangerment abuse maybe drug not sure on that yet.. but the cops won't do shit out here girl we live in a 1mile square town. . like hes had full custody before where hes had the visitations set up strictly in California .. but he has paper working stating hoe she is an why he has full custody its just that we don't know where too get a move order from too get the case here because the court systems are here are stupid as hell
if he has rights legally she can't take them away from him unless she has proof of child abuse my friend when threw this and had my lawyer with her and he stated that since he had custody of the children that she could go to jail for kidnap and endangerment. if u can provide. information about the mom that can get her rights taken away like ( abuse. or drug use or leaving them alone or anything of that range ) u can win
