not true. I am strictly pumping. I have about 30 bags of boob juice in the freezer and 10 storage bottles in the fridge at all times.

I've heard that also. I can't explicitly say that it's true. But I did exclusively breast feed my son for 2 months before adding pumping sessions. I do feel as though it allowed me to establish supply and then subsequently maintain it.
