A friend suggested to actively eat good foods that help with TTC. Any suggestions from anyone?
Low carb or Complex carbs, hi protein seem to be what I find on Google.
It's really good :) and high in protein. And fish is lean meat that is high in very good fats for you and your little one once you get pregnant. But look around cuz there are some fish that contain things that can also be harmful.
Wheat! My bf is Haitian and he makes it sooooo good! You cook it like rice! And if you flavor the water it taste just like ramen noodles lol. We also eat bean sauce and white rice, sounds nasty but it's fantastic a lot of salmon and chicken we rarely eat beef or pork.
