What are opinions on vitamin D, gripe water, and nasal saline? My little one is 2 weeks and 4 days old is still a little jaundice yellow in her eyes (reason for vitamin D)... She also has the hiccups all the time, also very gassy (reason for Gripe water)
She is breast fed and I really want her to get all she needs... And what works best for you mommys to give supplements? After a feeding? Vitamin D and gripe water at the same time? Any help greatly appreciated

Your pediatrician should have told you somethings . But vitamin d simply sit her in the filtered sun meaning by a window for about 10-15 minutes each day twice a day. Also continue feedings as regular so she can urinate and boo boo out the jaundice

I wasn't going to do the vit d until my sil told me she didn't and her son got ricketts

Oh and I had to use gripe water when mine was the same age, I guess her digestive system has matured because she doesn't get gassy anymore

Well thank you I think I will try sun at the window and the vit D drops .. Her poor little eyes are still so dang yellow :(
