It feels like I'm always nauseous but never throw up. I don't know how to make it stop.

I wish that would have been true for me, having a girl. I still have nausea and sickness & im 20 weeks along. but I'm having a boy @babyrossmommy @naylaa

Eat bland crackers.. Popsicles... Water with lemon I heard helps to. It will pass it's temporary

I've felt the same way my entire pregnancy. Zofran helped and when I didn't have it I drank ice cold water which helped
