okay mommies, I need a few words of encouragement. I'm having a hard day, my left nipple is killing me and it hurt to pump and even worse to nurse. I've worked so hard to keep my supply up until both babies are breast feeding regularly. Right now I just want to give up. But I know if I do, I'll regret it. I'm just really struggling.

have you been pumping since the baby was here? or have you stopped.

@mommagotbump16, it's more of an internal pain. can you use shields when pumping?

Do you have a nipple shield? If so use it on the sore one. And use lanolin or another nipple balm after feeding or pumping. These are just bumps and you can get through it!

@sarahplus2, not sure, but it will help for nursing them when you do.
