Mommas who have had a c section... Did a belly band wrap thing help with the pain and healing process or make things worse? I'm having a c section and trying to get prepared since I'm in early labor

They gave me one but said I didn't have to wear it. It does help you stand up straight after. I was hobbling around like an old woman. It does get sweaty though and it's not comfortable to sit with it on. I had dermabond instead of staples or stitches though so it could be different.

I got a band from the hospital...it helped so much and kept things from moving too much when I coughed or laughed.
