🙋 I had it after I had my first son(you can get it up to 6weeks postpartum). I didn't have it with my second but since I have a new OB they are monitoring me more closely. I have to check my bp at home and give them my bp leaves at every appointment
I'm being tested for it for second time. only symptom I have is higher blood pressure. my dr told me to watch for severe head aches, pain on the upper part of your stomach below your boobs, excessive swelling quickly.

I had it and only had high blood pressure with it. I was in bed rest for awhile and doc only let me lay on my left side as it lowered my bp

Vision issues, head aches, and stomach pain can be symptoms like @rachh40 said as well
