Has anyone experienced or are experiencing bad allergies while pregnant? Any remedies??

Try a Nettie pot or saline nasal spray. Cleaning out the sinus cavity helps immensely

@mommygreene, yesss it's the worse. I haven't had allergies since I was 12. I mean I guess it could be worse. Yeah I haven't taken anything pill wise. I've used Vicks, I've taken steamed showers and placed peppermint oil in it, the eucalyptus oil and used wet rags. It's so hard for me to breathe especially at night and my nose is always running

Giiiiiiiirl! I be ready to die. And I feel bad Benedryal be having me so drowsy lol so they gave me Zyrtec but what symptoms are you having. I have different natural remedies that work for me when I have them so I'm not taking pills everyday

Yeah it started when I hit 3 months but, it has worsen since then. I tried using eucalyptus oil and that helps for a short period of time.

i have it 10x's worse than ever in my 2nd trimester. i dont trust pills i just drunk lots of water. sorry thats probably not helpful. but the doctor did say benadryl is safe
