of the procedure I was in there with my son the key is to not look at what they are doing I try to keep calm so I can help my baby keep calm. my first son screamed bloody murder the whole time and I cried the whole time with my baby he cried a little but the had him suck on a finger for him to stay calm and it helpee IE

i have partnership so it's covered but at my Peds office they said it's 250$ for the procedure and was in there for 45min and it only took 15-20 min from the start

@mommyhammond2016, it's understandable I'm a victim to people's crazy opinions as well.....I just wanted to know how much did it cost if you mind? I got quoted 150$ and 300$....how long did it take them to circumcise your son? And how quick was his procedure?

No that's a myth. Any sex whether your circumcised or not you get std just as fast if they are carriers of coarse

o ok sorry for jumping the gun @celestea just got to hold my own ppl get crazy with their opinions is all. ask away and @babyrossmommy I've never delt with uncircumcised I did hear they can get STDs easier that's good your husband is cool with it

I agree with you @mommyhammond2016 my son will be circumcised. My husband is and I even gave him a option. Without blinking he told me it was one of the dumbest questions I have ever asked him. But in my religion (Jewish) we do it at 8 days old. My husband is not Jewish so I felt I had to ask him. But your son will be ok it's temp and he won't remember it. I think uncircumcised is nasty and unhealthy! I don't care that they are born that way. The extra skin is not needed. My son won't even be numb doing it. My dad will be holding him so he won't be held down by straps.

if it's why we are doing it its because thats what my husband and I decided when we had our first son. my husband is circumsized and he wants his sons to be also. we have talked about it heard lots of opinions and it's just what our family does. not saying this in a mean way just that everyone has opinions on circumsion amd at the end of the day that's what we choose. @celestea
