My 3 weeks old is screaming constantly. It sounds like she's in pain. I don't know what to do for her. I'm taking her to urgent care tonight and I really hope she's okay I'm so worried. Plus, we just found a knot under each of her nipples.

Ask your dr if you can give her some gripe water. My son did the same thing and it really helped him.

just remember that it's not at all your fault and it's okay to walk away for a minute if you need to! it has to get better eventually!

That's what I think it is. Just want to be sure. I feel so bad I can't do anything for her. :( @taylorrleee1

Does she do when you're holding her too?

I fed her, changed her, burped her. She's been doing this for days now. The only thing that stops her screaming is when she's nursing or when I can get her to sleep. @taylorrleee1

Those are breast buds, they're normal. if one is significantly larger than the other, then there's reason to worry. Check if she has a hair wrapped around her fingers or toes. Try taking a layer of clothes off, she could be hot. Or maybe too cold? Try burping her too.
