what can i do to help my sons constipation ?? and the fact that he throws up after every feeding ??

How old?

Is he taking formula?

@myworld94, yea i give him formula because i dont pump enough to keep having bottles of breastmilk for him

How long has it been since he's gone? Our pediatrician told us it's normal for them to go numerous times a day or even go 4 days without going at all. She said she'd only be concerned if when he finally did go his poop was rock hard. Also for spit up with our first we had to sit him up while he ate, burp after every ounce and try and keep him upright for a bit after the feeding as well

@marissamorris, really ?? okay so hopefully the constipation is normal. and the feeding even if we have him sitting up and burp him he still seems to throw up .

My doctor had me giving my son 1oz of water daily..also I was giving him 1oz of chamomile tea. he was constipated fir 2 weeks it was crazy. he would wake up screaming or screaming when he farted. 2 days ago he filled up 5 diapers..

If he's also colicy and fussy I would switch formula if I were you, my baby was the same way and once I switched him he's way better and much more happy. When my son got constipated I have him an ounce of prune juice and I would spread out his feedings a little more so he wouldn't feel so bloated and it helped him @jaydensmommy808

Their tummies are just so sensitive..
