What is going to happen when I am induced on the 18th and I have yet to start lactating? I do NOT want to formula feed. I don't even have anything leaking yet, no crustys no nothing! ):
You will have colostrum until your milk comes in. They will not formula feed him if you tell them he is going to be breastfed.
Lol well I'm glad my boobies aren't broken. @yogabump I was worried for a second because they haven't been sore at all while pregnant they don't feel any heavier than before I was pregnant. They are just normal feeling I guess
No yeah that freaked me out too, my col came the day my son was born but my milk didn't come in until two days later and on this app people are lactating at 30 weeks and I'm like 👀 what?! Are my boobs supposed to be doing that? It's the weirdest thing to me
So will they formula feed him for the 2-3 days I don't have milk? I mean I know they won't let him starve but will it make a difference if he wants to breast feed or formula feed because he was formula fed first?
Oh.... I see pictures of moms having the yellowish colostrum already and I don't have it so I'm like ooookay? Are my boobies broken lol.
You don't produce milk until after you give birth. You produce colostrum for like the first day and before you have the baby but then like the second day maybe third you get your milk.
Short Luteal Phase?
I've just started temping because I believe that the reason I haven't had a BFP yet, after 20 months, is because I believe I may have a Luteal Phase Defect.

The ones that are not crossed off yet are the pictures that i have not yet received!! If you see your state help me out 😊😊😊
I want a bump why don’t I have one yet ☹️

just did this one before bed don't have a name for it yet tho
You start BF right away, you will have colostrum whether you leak or not. Then 2-3 days after, your actual milk will come in. Try not to formula feed.
