I'm 22w 5d now. I'm not a hater but whenever I see somebody's baby bump who is so fit and 22w+, it makes me so sad. Because my belly is so big. Since I was 4-5w whoever see my belly, they ask me that I'm gonna have twins..? Or people tell me that I'm looking like min 1 month older than my time. :( Before the pregnancy I was not Small size person (I was Large) but now I feel like I'm not pregnant, I'm just fat. And whenever I look at women's baby bumps here, I'm terrifying! Cause everybody seems so fit and looks good but me. :(

Some of it is genetic predisposition. I've always been tall and lanky but I also spend HOURZZZ in the gym and eat right to develop good habits before my metabolism starts to wane as I get older. Plus it feels good to me. What does comparing yourself to others accomplish? Each body is differently beautiful 💋 so love yaself or you know... Do things to change your image if you don't like it!! 😊

I am a bodybuilding competitor and a gym rat as well as a personal trainer and a nutrition-junkie. I've worked out almost my entire pregnancy and have eaten quite healthy but I still don't feel as though I look like the super cure-all baby bump--no extra fat on them--future moms! I am short and I have a thick frame so I definitely understand how you're feeling. The truth is, we all feel that way. It is totally natural. Even the extremely fit women who were super lean before getting pregnant feel huge and self conscious even though they still look like freaking models. Don't worry love, you aren't alone!!
