Does anybody else experience fairly intense back pain and cramping after they have sex? I'm 31 weeks and it's been happening for a little while now. Is that normal?

I have cramping for several minutes after and I'm almost 24 weeks. I have learned to just lay there for a bit and try not to get up!

with me it lasts for sometimes an hour or more, it really messes me up :/ I'm not sure if it's even worth it anymore! @kenitra

Hahaha. Well, I don't know if you should totally hold out...especially considering your man will have to wait at least 6 weeks after baby 😹
