How do I know when to up my son's milk intake? He is currently FF. At 12:30 he ate 5 ounces and he's up again (3 am- pretty sure just crying cause of a dirty diaper) and I'm giving him 2 more ounces. I don't want to overfeed him and make him sick but I don't want to assume he's had too much and under feed him either.

That's helpful, thank you ! @domena84 He's a little chunker and I think he may be going through a growth spurt as well so he's eating more

3-4oz every 2.5-4h, but remember that every baby is different and also at one feeding he may eat 5oz and next only 3oz, and that's ok
