I meant on here I feel like this is a topic that's barely talked about so I wanted to talk openly and honestly about it

Is Dysphoric Milk Ejection Reflex like when you hear a baby cry and your breasts leak? I've never heard of it. I looked it up but it doesn't specify.

It's when instead of feeling euphoria when feeding @mommytoabel you feel anger and depression hate a lot of negative emotions like I have a friend that has it and she's described it to me as if you literally wanna throw your child it's more common in women with depression or ppd I have it and instead of bonding I feel more anger I guess nothing near what my friend felt but anger for sure but it's got to do with the chemical release in your brain when you feed

Yeh @mommytoabel it's something that isn't talked about much it helps to know there's people with it instead if suffering in silence what I did when I started a feed I would listen to music and it would help

Yes, I enjoy it but it's not my end goal. I plan on being a mortician and I needed an AA first so I figured that learning about behaviors of people could help me in that field.

Yeh my husband is going to school to be a forensics psychologist so you got all kinds of the spectrum in this house haha it help when dealing with my 3 year old though I've learned through him that isolation is key to discipline when they're that young if you take them away from doing something fun and they're toys and give them time to reflect it helps them see ok I don't need to do that again idk I've seen foster care and how pathetic it is how the children are treated and I'm a firm believer in that saying "be the change you wanna see in the world" @mommytoabel

@studio.ghibli.mom23, I think had this episode one night. I had this sudden anger when my son was feeding on me like I wanted to do something then I just stop and bottle fed him
