What can I do for bad back pain? My whole entire back hurts so bad 😩😖 I already drank Moltren and tea. & nothing.

Thank ladies 😊 @mommyof2boys248 I've tried a heating pad but then it starts hurting again. @lucyyxoxo_ and I've tried a massage but it won't away 😕 @savannahdrlng so far sleeping is it off is the best option right now. @dav annahdrlng @lucyyxoxo_ @mommyof2boys248 I've noticed that when I Brest feed my daughter I get really bad cramps after 😖 but thanks ladies 🙂
