the the little lime just like a teaspoon kills the eggs taste
wow you know what's funny. I just remember we call it Russian potato salad. ( ensalada Rusa ) just realized that and I'm happy to find out that it really comes from Russia. we created this traditional plate from Russia. I thought it was just called like that just because. yeah you chop everything and mix with mayo salt and olive oil.I like adding a pinch of lime or vinegar to the chopped onions before putting it in the salad. the onions have to be very small amount and chopped very small.

us Dominicans make a purple potato salad with potatoes, beets, carrots, onions, and mayo and salt. I like also adding olive oil to it.
