i take 2 doses in my tea and it softens and regulates me. used it both pregnancys

Well you shouldn't be taking ibuprofen if you are pregnant! Tylenol is the only safe pain reliever/fever reducer but a suppository should take care of it within an hour or two and if that doesn't, you need to see a doctor!

It hurts so bad. It makes not want to eat anymore because the cramps are so intense it's draining and hurts and Ibuprofen does not take the cramping away@emaleejoy

@emaleejoy, yes!!!Cramping, sweating, puking is what been happening to me when I'm on the toilet but nothing is coming out and Iv been eating so I know there poop inside me that needs to come out

Yeah I've had a laxative or stool softener for "sensitive stomachs" which was BS because I had such bad cramps I was puking, sweating and still trying to poop, it's a horrible feeling!

Yeah, if those don't work try a suppository! Fiber never works for me/: it gives me heartburn and bad gas for about 2-3 days though, lol. But definitely if you can't relieve it with the lighter methods, try a suppository!

Iv used stool softened and laxatives and drink tons of water and yesterday I had horrible cramps from it I thought i was dying it was horrible@emaleejoy @futuremrs.holbert

I use all the above 👆plus lots of fruits and veggies help me

Stool softeners, lots of water, prune, Apple or pear juice and try to walk around more (:
