10 weeks. My friend doesn't know I'm pregnant and she really wants to go get nails done. I'm perfectly fine with that and I wanted to get gel, but I have heard of many people saying it's fine/bad. I called the salon, they use Presto, which from my understanding they use an LED light. I know there's certain chemicals that are bad when pregnant and in general. what do you think?

as long as it's ventilated you should be fine

I got my nails and toes done all the time while I was pregnant. If you feel like it's not well ventilated enough, you can wear a hospital mask

i was told by my nurse at the dr that as long as its ventilated well its fine to get nails done. i just had my acrylics taken off about a week ago.

I always get gel done. With my toes done too. It's fine.
