So how many braxton hicks should I be having in an hour ....becuase I keep hearing diffrent things ..and either if I'm laying or sitting i. still having them ?

Honestly no...I've been trying to get up and do some stuff to get my mind off of them becuase there pretty annoying...but I can still feel them there
