I hate complaining so much... But these last few weeks I have been in soooo much pain and it just keeps getting worse. πŸ˜” It's got to the point where I can't stand up straight or walk properly without screaming in agony if I move my hip the wrong way. It feels like my hips/legs and back are dislocating every time I stand up or take a step. I've been getting bad cramps and tightenings in my stomach that make me feel really sick and the worst backache I've ever experienced. Not to mention mild period pains in my lower abdomen, back and hips usually just before I go to bed. I can't sleep properly at night and I can't go anywhere or do anything because the pain is just too much. I can't even stand long enough to make something to eat or find a comfortable position to sit or lay in. I've been bursting into tears several times a day, it's all just too much. My OH has been a great help, he really does try to understand and comforts me when it gets too much. Im in the process of changing doctors surgeries and don't see the new midwife for 2 weeks. I just don't know how I'm going to deal with this for the next 9 weeks maybe longer especially if it keeps getting worse! πŸ˜–

Unfortunately I think u would have to buy a massive roll but u could easily sell on. Everyone here Often asks too. Any online pharmacy or good size L tubi grip online

As j say to everyone on here. Size L tubi grip doubled over twice over bump to a third down your legs. It is bloody tight but u won't twist and strain your pelvis and I sleep in mine. I was wheelchair bound with my 3rd but then a physio did this with my fourth and it's not a cure but it made it more bare able and less pain and I stayed mobile. If u can't get into a physio to pick one up u can buy that size

@xx.rachiexx, I don't think there's much they can do other than tell you to take paracetamol (which doesn't work and I don't want to take it everyday) and heat packs aren't working anymore πŸ˜” I think if I ring they'll just say it's normal and there's not much else I can do. I was referred to a physiotherapist at my last appointment but it wasn't as bad then and she said I'll most likely not get an appointment until after the baby's born. 😭
