@deannapooley, I had the belly bandit bamboo band last time it was ok but I still had to use a pillow getting up and it shifted so I was always readjusting to make sure it was rubbing my scar

This is gonna be my second c section and I found c section underwear that I'm definitely ordering to take with me and use, they are pricey but looks like it will help with healing.

Lose and comfy pjs or sweat pants and shampoo and all that fun stuff other wise that's pretty much it they have a lot of stuff there to and of coarse stuff for baby
