What does it look like when a baby teeth? She's 3 months I know it's early but she has this "scratch" like thing in her mouth that looks a little swollen.

Does this look like a dog? If so, what kind? Someone posted it on a lost dog Facebook page and said that she is very skinny and looks like she's been on her own for a while. She kind of looks like a baby fox or coyote to me.
