so my husband works security at a hospital and paid for all the new parenting/birthing classes and wants to go to them with me. Which is so sweet, but i dont want him going to the nursing classes.. is that immature? its not because of any other reason than because i dont want me or other women uncomfortable with a man in there. idk.. lol i wouldn't want another womens husband in there. but at the same time, its all natural and i appreciate him wanting to be apart of everything.

in my opinion breastfeeding is hard and emotionally draining and you will want all the support you can get and the more he knows about it the more supportive he can be

Ditto ^ I dont believe they show actual nipples, I think its all like prosthetic products, but its a good thing for him to be there so if you happen to forget something, he can show you. It sounds odd, but some men listen, and at first nursing is frustrating, so you may not think of everything, and he can be there to support/help you

I went to a breastfeeding class with my son and his dad wanted absolutely nothing to do with it but there was four or five other husbands there with their wives
