Did you ever not bleed during the process? When I miscarried I bled full force the entire time till it was over so I wanted to see if others were that way or can it be bleeding here & there?
Also did you bleed and cramp early in your pregnancy and still end up carrying full term and have a healthy baby?

I haven't had a miscarriage but I did have period - like cramping throughout my first trimester and I'm nearly 30wks now.

Some people have a missed miscarriage and don't bleed but with my miscarriage I started spitting and the next day it was a full blown heavy bleed. With this pregnancy I spotted too but the baby is completely healthy so it can be either or really
Yeah that's how mine was but I had to insert pills vaginally to start the process of miscarrying and I bled full force till everything passed. @rainbow0601
I never bled with my miscarriage. I lost the baby at 6.5 weeks and carried until I was 10 weeks 2 days before I noticed there was a problem. I started getting terrible cramps that wouldn't let up and went to the ER. I started bleeding about 3 days after that, which was the day I got my D&C. Had no idea my baby's heart stopped at 6.5 weeks because my body kept carrying it and gave me no clues
